Overview In this permanent role you will lead delivery of construction projects for a regional main contractor across London, including Bromley. You will manage diverse schemes—from new build to refurbishment and fit-out—valued up to £15m, coordinating with clients, design teams and subcontractors. You’ll ensure programmes, quality and safety standards are met while driving key milestones. Pay / Benefits - Salary: 70,000 - 80,000 + package

Key requirements - Background with reputable Main Contractor as Project Manager
- Experience overseeing diverse projects (new build, refurbishment, fit-out) up to £15m
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
- Able to commute to Bromley and work across London
